These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of energysavingshub.com and to communications from EFox Enterprises, Inc. DBA Energy Savings Hub ("Energy Savings Hub," "we," "us" or "our"). By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
What we do
Energy Savings Hub helps homeowners learn about solar as a service, check whether their home may qualify and schedule a consultation. Energy Savings Hub connects homeowners with one solar installer, our installation and operations partner. Our team schedules your consultation; the installer's representative conducts it, prepares your proposal and service agreement, and performs the installation. We aren't a solar installer, a utility or a government agency, and we aren't affiliated with any government program. Any service agreement you sign will name the provider and set out its terms, including costs, length, maintenance, warranty and insurance. Our installation partner compensates Energy Savings Hub for each completed installation of a homeowner we referred.
No guarantees
Information on this website is general. Homeowners must qualify, and solar as a service isn't available in all areas. Eligibility, availability and savings depend on your home, your energy use, your utility, your personalized proposal and your service agreement. Savings aren't guaranteed, and solar as a service doesn't eliminate your utility bill. Reviews shown on this website were posted by customers of our installation and operations partner; individual experiences vary.
SMS Terms (appointment text messages)
Status: planned, not active yet. Energy Savings Hub doesn't send text messages at this time. These terms will apply once our appointment text program starts. We won't text anyone before then.
- Program: Energy Savings Hub appointment texts. If you agree, Energy Savings Hub texts you about your solar consultation appointment: appointment confirmations and rescheduling. We don't send marketing texts. Texts come only from Energy Savings Hub; our installation partner doesn't text you.
- How you agree: by saying yes when our team offers appointment texts on a recorded call, after hearing these terms. See how we get your consent. Booking an appointment, or giving us your phone number, doesn't by itself mean you agree to texts.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies. You'll receive messages about your appointment, such as a confirmation and any rescheduling.
- Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
- Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (443) 241-7020, or reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we'll send you one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text "START" to the same number.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at eric@energysavingshub.com or (443) 241-7020.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent: Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of any purchase, appointment or form submission.
- Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. Your agreement to receive texts from Energy Savings Hub isn't shared or transferred, and it doesn't authorize texts from our installation partner or anyone else.
Using this website
You agree to provide accurate information and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may submit a request only for yourself or a home you own or are authorized to act for.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided "as is," and Energy Savings Hub isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
